“High Efficiency” washer does not get enough water to submerge laundry

I washed a load of sheets on normal, warm water, deep wash and the laundry is never completely submerged. When I removed from the dryer, I noticed the Tide pod had not dissolved in the wash and was not melted on a pillowcase and the sheets were splotched with the contents from the pod. I miss the... I need a replacement black top for my Crosley Director 8 in 1 Recorder

Twice I’ve submitted requests to them to try and get a replacement top for my Crosley Director and they’ve never emailed nor ever called me back. User’s recommendation: Hope your Crosley product never breaks.

Received a brand new Crosley dryer that does not work & cannot receive a new replacement that works. I have had this dryer since, 11/13/2020 & have not been able to use it.

Purchased a dryer & it was delivered 11/13 & it does not heat. Need a replacement, since it hasnever worked User’s recommendation: Do not purchase a Crosley from Waxahachie Appliance because they will not replace their new appliances that do not work.

Washer warranty

Trying to get through to customer service so I can get my warranty part , the washers is only a year old and just makes a humming sound it won’t go through cycles. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy crosley.
