After a couple of months they sent a request to the danish reseller and they contacted me same day and sent out a replacement.. Applied for a replacement vacuum flask which has a lifetime warranty. I have tried to make contact via their website, but I have only ever had a generic replies with no joy moving the case forward. Having read other reviews this appears to be the norm for this company.
