I had purchased the Cricut maker. It died in 1 1/2 yrs. Not used that much either. Was in contact with customer service, they don’t return phone calls or emails, then comes covid, more excuses why they can’t contact me. Now it’s october and they tell me I’m out of warranty. That’s not a surprise. 400.00 dollars...
