My cricut isn’t cutting my image correctly

I already recalibrated it and it still isnt cutting correctly.the one photo is what the cut is suppose to look like and the other is what it actually cut it even cut off the vinyl on top and vinyl that it was cutting ,

Firmware will not download

There is nothing wrong with my connection, Cricut machine or my computer system. No matter what number you call, you get a busy signal or disconnected. I am not the only one having this issue. User’s recommendation: Be available.
