Resolution

Consumer priority service reached out to rectify the situation. They are standing by their warranty and offered an extended warranty for free. There apparently was a miscommunication, Eric was understanding and resolved the issue immediately. Consumer Priority Service definitely cares about their customers feelings! I am impressed!!

"The service is slow. The dayshift is terrible with service n courtesy. Theve been out of whipped cream for 4 weeks. The male manager is great. Omari ,grace ,kay , n zackgery are the only good ones"
