iOS App

I opened this app to check my data balance. Without doing anything else, I was charged for topping up 30 GB of data when I still had 35GB left . Also I have never exhausted my quota. I got the SMS Validation request and replied yes to it. Then they called to try and persuade me to not switch to a different telco. A couple of hours after that my request to switch is rejected because they said that one or more phone lines did not reply to the SMS. I don't have any... Read more➤
Cas18894777-r7c0 Cas18306402y9c1 DIGI issued cheque for refund. Error found and the bank rejected the payment. Digi informed will remit the refund into banking account. This happened in 2019. Poor service, delayed response

No calls, only 1x out of 10 attempts in 2 days e-mails do not respond, respond only to e-mails when it comes to payment, if there is a problem, does not solve, practically does not respond ignores all e-mails that are sent. Do not issue a power of attorney to remove the car from the car park when the leased car was detained. Promised response within a week, not received. Power of attorney is not issued, other companies are issued within 2 days. Really, the amount of parking just grows, we can not take out ourselves, because we are holders, but the company does not issue a power of attorney. An absurd company that is unattainable to the customer and the customer has no value to them.
