Poor service

After more than a week of waiting for a package from an online store with a five-day delivery, I contacted iExpress to find out where my sachet. It turns out that the packet is in stock and has inaccurate information, so she is standing there. It can happen in any way, I will update the information and deliver the Sola package the next day. The next day I get a message from iExpress that I need to clarify the recipient's information, I do it again and I get a message that the package will be delivered tomorrow t. I today. I did not receive an sms and wrote a iExpress or I could specify the time of receipt to which I received a reply that another technical problem has occurred, the package is in stock and will be delivered to me tomorrow. I fully understand that it is crazy time for deliveries, but then do not promise customers what you will not be able to fulfill afterwards! Now I wonder if tomorrow I should write my recipient's information early in the morning and remind me to pick up my package as well.
