Fraud charges made

Questions about luggage charge

I was told there was no luggage charge for 1 checked bag but got charged $70 each way! Not allowed to board plane on the way back because they would not take dollars for this extra charge I would like a refund on my baggage charge. I was very inconvenienced!!!
