Hello! I would like to complain to you about Optus about its discrepancies. A couple of months ago, I signed a contract with a Optus Internet provider for Internet (2Mb / s) for a monthly fee of 6, 95. Optus guarantees that the minimum guaranteed download speed for such Internet is 1Mb / s and the minimum upload speed is 256Kb. / s, but I have it - Download speed 216Kb / s, and upload speed is 30Kb / s (and it is in Australian areas). And even this Internet (which is the most stable of all Optus offers) is not stable. The Internet shuts down from time to time and the pings are higher than 200. Optus is not doing anything about it to change / stabilize it,as it should be. Optus recommended switching to Optical Internet, but there are problems here too! We have to wait until the end of December. Somehow next to the house, "Optics" is already retracted. Optus does absolutely nothing and is looking for reservations that the management company is hindering the retraction of Optics. When I called the management company, I was told that Optus had not given any information about the retraction of Optics. And now to give up "Optus" services have to pay a fine of 70 Ls.
