Cancel magazine and online trial

I did not order this magazine. Someone had ordered SEVERAL magazine subscriptions under my name. I have been trying to cancel each subscription one by one.

Confusion between on line & print

Dont remember her name but was very helpful I am SO ANNOYED THAT I HAD TO CHECK THAT I WAS A PISSED CUSTOMER TO CONTINUE WHEN I WAS CHECKING IN!!! What is that all about? HORRIBLE P R. NOT FUNNY.
