The 1 year auto renew is ethically wrong. Have attempted to cancel account multiple times and don't seem to be getting any where. Delays in shipments and forgetfulness of consultants

I placed an order for a monitor with cash payment on January 25 to Bikernieku Street. The announcement came that on January 27, 2020 at 17:00 I will be able to receive. Then later they call and say that they can still get it next week on Tuesday. I asked if it was possible to receive the product sooner, to which I was told that on January 27, you can receive the product on the spot in Buļļu Street (base). Tecia that the base is working from 9:00, so it would be desirable to drive to 10:00. Then on January 27 at 17:00 I went to pick up the product on Buļļu Street. Upon arrival, I am informed that the shipment has not yet been delivered and will have to wait until next week. Of course, no one could have announced this in advance. Then either I didn't really understand if the shipment was canceled, it continued or maybe I just forgot about me, I left.On Saturday, I received a notification that on Monday the product will be in Quebec and the opportunity to receive it in the store. Then on Monday around 18:40 I called to ask if the product could be received, with which I was told that the product had not been delivered to the store yet and that the product would be only on Tuesday (or tomorrow). Due to their hesitation, angrily canceled the shipment and went to Alf to buy a monitor so that I could finally work. Due to the fact that there was no relevant model in any store, I thought that I could still receive the pre-ordered product. On Tuesday morning, after 9:00, I wrote to their consultant in the online store that they would like to receive the canceled product, which was a big surprise, that they offered to receive it only on Thursday. Realizing that a monitor would still be needed, I agreed and waited for Thursday. (Where did the monitor stay,what did they want to deliver on tuesday? However, the base works until 19:00 and starts working at 9:00. Probably will be promptly sent back within 20 minutes.) That's not the end of it. On Thursday, I called Bull Street and asked how many people could get the product, because they didn't give any news. To which I replied that the order had been canceled and no new one had been received. Then I had to explain that I had written to their consultant and placed an order, to which I was told that I could not help and they did not have a monitor. At the same time, I wrote to a consultant on their website, who contacted me by phone. Explained that the order is made through a consultant, but in the specified place, there are no goods. He said he would contact Buļļu Street to find out what had happened to the shipment. He called back, apologized and said that there was a problem and that the order could be received on Monday, February 6. To which I repliedthat I cancel the order because I do not trust them and their communication with each other, because who knows, they will call on Monday and say that someone has already collected the monitor, or better yet, wait another three weeks.
