I’ve been waiting for 2 hours and I have yet to get anything done. I waited in the lobby for an hour then in a room for an hour. I was one of the first two people inside when they opened it it’s still taken them forever to assist me with a simple procedure.

Reading all these articles, I'm just shocked. Both girlfriends are helvetia clients, I have been for a year, but the girlfriend a little less. I also just got a call, I got a great opportunity for a gift. I received it, at the beginning when I received the gift, I called the service center, where I was served by a very nice girl, I said that I just wanted to try the gift, because I didn't really know the company and nothing was sent to me.
