The Doctor Made a mistake and made me pay for it.

This event happened @ 39769 LBJ Freeway, Dallas, Texas This customer arrived to get a check up relative to the patients issue of "fatigue". The Doctor, Nicole Nguyen, did the workup blood work. The blood work was checked and Doctor Nguyen said to the client that "your blood sugar is very high and the patient was told to go the Methodist. The client arrived at Methodist hospital and there staff was waiting on me. They did a through work up and did not find anything. My blood sugar was perfect. They also asked why I was sent for hospitalization. the patient returned to the office and told them what the staff at Methodist stated. Doctor Nicole Nguyen stated to the patient that the calibration on the equipment in the clinic was not calibrated correctly. Dr. Nguyen stated that it was her fault because the equipment at the office was not calibrated properly and she was sorry. I asked for the refund for services. She stated the refund would not be available for several weeks. Dr. Nguyen did not own her mistakes. I have not received any response . . . other than "You have to wait until . . . . !!!! to get the refund of your money. . . . . This should be theft! User's recommendation: Do not Go to Care Now . . . . They don't care!!
