I booked through trip advisor and was put through to cancelon without my knowledge. Now that COVID hit i tried to reach out to them and no success. I decided to call the hotel direct and was told that cancelon had cancelled my reservation. Now I have no reservation and no $$$. $600.00 gone. User's recommendation: This company says they went bankrupt on website.
