booking number 1404-**** I have tried to contact you in the USA since 4/1/2020 your phone number is disconnected and your email address on the receipt was taken down . I was requesting a refund of 624.00 charged to my credit card. I under stand your terms but the hotel was closed do to the pandemic covid -19. i did contact Excalibur to confirm they were closed until at least 5/15/2020. so there was no way to use my booking. So i am now again requesting my refund of 624.00. I will wait for your response User's recommendation: I still have not heard back from the merchant.
