heater core

Poor service

I encountered a very unpleasant attitude at the Era Esthetic clinic. I want to remain anonymous because I am a regular customer, but I can't keep quiet about my last visit. Arriving for my regular procedure, the girls of the administration did not greet me, my procedure dragged on for more than 15 minutes and the administrators neither warned me to wait nor offered a drink, I would add that the whole room was full of dirty cups and chocolate papers. The day of both administrators did not seem to be so busy that there would be no time to at least clean up the room. After the procedure I went to pay at the cash register, it was very surprising that I was asked to look for more money in an offensive tone, or to pay with a card, to which I replied that this would unfortunately not be possible.Both administrators looked disdainful and ran into the next room without saying anything, after a while came out and gave the rest. I do not understand why I should feel uncomfortable about not having an exact amount. For the first time, I encountered such unpleasant staff, because both women (around forty) also looked untidy. One with black short hair, the other with red and greasy. I'm shocked that the clinic seems to be a VIP, so aren't there any certain canons that an administrator should have and look like? I hope that my next visit will be pleasant and that the management will think about the well-being of the customers, because the administrator is the first thing the customer sees.
