Wrong items sent, one was correct the other two were not the grommet type.

Two of the drape panels were the wrong type (rod pocket) I ordered the grommet type. I told the service rep. To order me the velvet rm darkening ones instead, as the others were out of stock. They tend to fill the out of stock order with like items which I did not like.

1 month still haven’t received order

Placed an order 1 month ago, still have not received any order status update, very poor customer communications Website states item is In Stock yet no confirmation on shipping- Absolutely cannot recommend, This was my first order with Brylane- will not order from Brylane again! User’s recommendation: Cannot recommend.
