Transfered twice when trying to make my last two payments on a lease. Called the number on the letter and was told that I have to use a debit card and that credit cards were not accepted. Letter says yes agent said no.
This is getting ridiculous. No one at this company can help me resolve my problem. I missed one payment in December of 2020 and you still to this day mark my RAV4 payment late every month.
