???? Make sure flaking has been corrected

I purchased a Bryant unit from Speedy Air in Naples Fl, Nov. 2017 for our condo. Jan 2020, I had to replace the coil because of flaking from the coil that left particles in the living area of the condo. Question the quality of the product

The heat exchanger was replaced and all is working well now. In 4 years the heat exchanger developed several holes (6-8) creating a less than efficient furnace, and the worst thing, emitting carbon monoxide fumes into the air. Evaporator Coil has been leaking and causing issues.
