Filtered water smells bad. Water leaks on floor so I put the system on bypass for now. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone.

See reason above. Filtered water smells bad. System leaks water on the floor. I have the system on bypass for now. Customer service doesnt answer the phone. User’s recommendation: Try another water filter company.
