Air conditioner is 2 1/2 years old and used maybe a months worth of time. Broke down and they want $1500-$3000 to fix it. Parts covered and no labor. Pure junk!!!!

Only a few dealers on Portland too. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy. Get one with labor.

Customer Servce and quality

Failed part on brand new system. Customer Service not wanting to warranty system because the first failure was covered. User’s recommendation: Find a trusted installer if you go with this company. Bryant will not help you with any issues with thier systems.

Highly recommend.

When my 14 year old Bryant 2 stage furnace failed with a blocked secondary heat exchanger I contacted Bryant customer service to report my problem since the heat exchanger had a lifetime warranty.
