The person I am talking to still has me on hold and will not respond to me ay all. Now I have to hang up and try and get someone more professional. She just hung up on me. Unbelievable!!

I had been on the phone 48 minutes and she just hung up on me without responding!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! User’s recommendation: Poor customer service today!!

I order a printer n received today but DRUM is missing in printer?

I wait for 25 minutes but nobody answer the call I dont know I call on wrong time or its something else but its ok I will call again tomorrow morning.

My printer will not print or copy

Im trying to print some thing and my printer will not print it was showing that my ink was low so I change the ink and it still wont print! I tried to copy a document and nothing prints. You should know that it sounds like its printing and then the paper comes out blank
