I want to recover my phone!

Suggest what to do!? I want to be there for my phone, but I can't! I can't leave, I called three times to send me by courier, but no one knows anything! How can it be! As far as I knew, the phone was with them all the time, while the CRPC was examining and waiting for an answer from them - which they did not give! I AM SO VERY ANGRY! How can I fight!?
