This is the worst experience I’ve every had with a company. They are so slow to alert anyone plus constantly locking you out of the portal plus you can never reach them. I would not recommend this company to anyone User’s recommendation: terrible experience.
They got to big, they can’t take care of there old customers, there to busy trying to get new. I tried to get customer help they put me on a 30-40 min wait. So I tried to call for new customer they talked to me immediately. User’s recommendation: Do not recommend.
Terrible customer service!!!!! Hours on hold. Problem with box. Supposed to be disabled until house visit. Have had police and fire truck to house. Cant reach a person on phone to help. Worst company ever! User’s recommendation: Never use.

Bad service
02/02/2019 a mobile phone was purchased. I always do a factory restart before sending it to the service to make sure that the software does not hang. Initially, there was a problem with the screen not working. I took the phone to MTTC in Suirrey, I was refused to accept the phone because it is from the Chinese region. Taken to AZ Electronics, the screen was repaired. After a while the phone could not be charged, I sent it to the RD service, the charging was repaired, but when I got home I found that the speakerphone did not work. Again, I did a factory restart because AZ Stores told me that the first thing done in the service is a restart. The next day I wrote a submission, after a while I received an answer that no defects were found. It is interesting how the defect, which was also found by the store seller, could have disappeared. Accept,that the phone was repaired and returned as if there had been nothing to avoid changing the phone. Okay, I came to terms with that and continued to use the phone. Now 20.03.2020. the front camera of the phone did not work. I restarted the factory - nothing changed, the camera didn't work. I wrote the application again (21.03.2020) I received an answer (10.04.2020), the answer was again negative, again I had sent to the service phone, which was all right, although again in the store with the seller we made sure that the camera does not work. Again, I assume the phone was repaired and returned as if there was nothing to avoid changing the phone. Since I have this phone, the phone has been in service for several months. I have always bought AZ Electronics despite the fact that the prices are higher than in online stores,everything has always been a matter of service, but after this time I am no longer sure if it is worth paying a higher amount than elsewhere if I receive such poor service. It is not at all clear to me whether the phone is original if it is intended for the Chinese region. Of course, I want my phone exchanged for another model!
