Poor service
First, surprised by the event in the store "rimi", wanted to buy a magazine, the price per magazine was: 1.40 when I was self-service in the service - I am shown the price - 2.40. In my opinion, the difference is. I went to the info center where the cashier thought I had already bought the magazine and came the shift manager (chief cashier). It was surprising to know that this is a reason to shout and say that I will not get anything and to buy a magazine is forbidden. It is very unfortunate, because there is always an opportunity to contact the management and solve this small problem. But that was just the beginning. I went to the drug store to see cosmetics, especially eye shadows. The guards thought I was a thief and watched with rage. Another woman almost walked away with the basket and the saw system scrambled, but the security guard thought I had stolen something and made me walk around the stand twice. In my opinion, it is not fair to draw conclusions from appearance, as this was my first (and probably last) visit to the 'alpha'. I recommended visiting other stores because the relationship with the customer is really terrible. I hope my complaint is helpful.
