Fraud and Misleading Customers

For many years I will buy on Membershop.org, although it has been that the quality does not match, 50% of the product I received satisfied me and I never had a problem receiving money if the product was returned to the merchant. When I sent the product back, the next day, I did not receive any message for a long time, until I became interested and then I received the answer that I have used these cosmetics and they will not return the money.
