Poor service
I have made a purchase on proffit.com for a game console 01.07.2020, Price over 400 dollars. Delivery is indicated 7-10 days after payment. Send a message after 10 days, responding that there are problems with the supplier. And so every week. Customers, however, do not care what the store's problems are with their suppliers. After a month and a half, we demand a refund. After completing the application, I will be notified that the money will be returned within 6-7 days. And of course, it is not done. When calling Ptac, the only option left is to resolve the issue through them. Shop under every criticism, I do not recommend to anyone. Unprofessional attitude and meaningless customer information.
