parts unavailable for warranty repair

Purchased leather sofa 3/26/06 and now one of the recliners has broken part. Need new recliner but no parts available. Bought at boscovs and they don’t want to assist in repair. very disappointing!

I purchased a Boscov’s front load washing machine for $650 and a warranty for $150. It’s been broken for three weeks. The repair man came to fix it (again) today and didn’t have the correct part (again). My washer will likely be broken for 4 weeks – if they do get it fixed next time. Very disappointing!...
