Non-professional work in hair bio

I will write a memoir. Because I can't not write. EKLEKTIKA - beauty salon, as if! I also have experience in this salon. As for most customers - not the most positive, but the opinion. So then! On January 20, I applied for professional hair bio-straightening with keratin. I left, said hello, answered, but reluctantly, said to take off my outerwear and wait (I had arrived ahead of time). OK good. I'm waiting for the meeting, a hairdresser is coming, who will perform the procedure for my hair. It makes me sit in a chair and wait a bit - I waited 20 minutes. (a little). Finally comes and in Italian asks me to go to the hair wash. Either well! I ride my hair several times with heavy hands, but now it is tight. After washing my hair, it makes me wait again - 15 to 20 minutes. I expected. Come, with a dish in hand (I assume keratin), a little pass with hot air through my hair, then took in large pinches and quickly, carelessly (cap-let) smeared on my hair a pinch of keratin. It is said that you will apply foil and you will have to sit and wait a bit.As far as I have heard according to the stories and according to the information collected on the Internet, keratin can be kept for 10-15 minutes. BUT, in my hair - 45 minutes. 45! Well then on. The hairdresser comes, starts drying her hair in a pinch, then straightens it, but straightening it, you know, doesn't want to bend over roughly, but at that moment I felt sorry for my hair. Unreal whipping with a hair straightener, combing hair and blow-drying with the hottest air. And the plus is that it unrealistically gnawed at the eyes. One could at least warn that it would be. But that's the way it is. During the hair straightening, the hairdresser called the phone several times, as far as I understood, during private transactions. Each conversation lasted at least 10 minutes in the next office. I waited. Came, finished everything, told me in the end to buy professional shampoos that contain keratin, which I did a few days later. He said that he would not squirm in wet weather (or it should not be),but, BUT, if a circus appears, then to justify it. Okay. I paid, I said goodbye politely, reluctantly - all the best. (Loud conversations took place in Italian throughout the procedure, when clients heard). OK GOOD. For the first three days I did not wash my hair, everything is cool, perfectly straight, smooth, silky and looks very healthy. After the first hair wash, I was a little disappointed that they needed to be straightened a little, but okay I realize that nothing is perfect. BUT. Now (February 9), not a month has passed and the whole effect has disappeared. Again, the hair is burning with a hair straightener because I don't know if it was bio-straightening with keratin or just a thickened keratin mask. I wanted to write this a long time ago, I don't know why, but I wanted to. My colleague warned that it would not be good not to go to this salon, but I would not be me if I did not check for myself. I am disappointed! Real. Waste of money. First of all, the hairdresser had to suggest which procedure would be best for my hair type. The duration of the procedure should have been 2-4 hours, if everything is done carefully (but since it was done for me, half an hour was enough). And the effect should last from 3-6 months, but I have not even a month lasting effect - definitely because of carelessness. I definitely would have said something, but I realized that it doesn't make sense (I know how, the result is good on the spot, everything likes, okay) later it is too late. I don't want to go back there. And the fact that he could not say a word in Canadian (because he has to be able to speak in the language of clients)! Visiting a hairdresser is not a favorite thing for me, because I was once disappointed with the result, but now I understand that in the beginning you have to evaluate the pros and cons of the salon and maybe even finally listen to the opinions of others!
