Wrong colour bought

I have been bought a black amazing eye pencil instead of a grey one can I exchange it at the local boots store? User’s recommendation: Can’t exchange cosmetics make sure you’ve got right colour.

The pharmacist at the counter was abrupt and rude. Refused to order medicine prescribed for me also refused to have medicines delivered User’s recommendation: Always complain.
Rang Boots Coney Street York to ask if it was possible to have a passport photo taken. Their answering system is very frustrating, goes round in several circles before saying “phone back later”
When ordering goods online my Advantage card was not accepted. The matter has now been resolved, having given me a digital Card. Thanks
