Non-delivery of goods

*SOLVED

gOrdered 2 items over £30 on 26 Nov with a delivery date of on or before 3 Dec. Received mascara 30 Nov which I tracked and Royal Mail texted me. Chasing up delivery

Parcel delivery from Boots, two items ordered on the same day, one delivered 48hrs the other kept being sent to various royal mail sorting depots, it remained at one depot for 4days. Have not recd order

I have not received all of my order, 3 items arrived but the advent calendar still hasnt arrived and its a present, Im really disappointed
