Unsuccessfull flu jab request
I was tested positive for COVID-19 on the 13 November I contacted Boots Fulton st Glasgow to reschedule my appointment I was told they couldn't reschedule in store and I had to go online which I did their website saying they were not taking any more flu jab appointments .on Saturday I got a reminder text telling me my flu jab was on Monday the 16th November I phone the customer service number on the text got through customer service the woman I talked to said that they should be able to reschedule in store, and she phoned the store and said I had to phone the store again on the Monday the 16th which I did to be told again that they couldn't reschedule, and they gave me a 0845 number to phone which no one answered after 15 mins and cost me £1.71 for my trouble I then contacted you at the complaints pissed customer .I got a reply yesterday the 18th from customer service I would not recommend dealing with boots saying that the store should be able to sort it out .I replied to this email saying that I was totally disgusted with their response to my request saying that it's the worst customer service experience I have encountered and due to this I would no longer take my custom to boots
