Did update on phone they now dont support and never told me had to spend money 200 dollars for new. phone

Customer service couldnt tell me tbat the new upgrade did not include my phone was notifief of bill payment confirmation half hour later no phone service could have bought this phone for 100 dollar less thru them and not phone store
