I have been a client of BLUEHOST for about a month and a half my website is still not up. Bluehost offers one phone number for Canadians and it is not toll free so Ive called this number maybe 15 times got a phone bill over $300 dollars. Without rambling on…how hard…
My website was hacked and I have received no support from Bluehost. They de-activated my account and left me with no way to access my cPanel to try to resolve the issue. It’s impossible to get a human on the phone. User’s recommendation: Avoid this company.
Bounced emails, willing but ineffective customer service, failure to EVER escalate tech support beyond Level 1. They promise to do so but never hear back from more advanced support Levels. NEVER. Yesterday I bought the so-called "Food" - Reckle of Glendale gas plant. u This is hot cooked. Of course, I don't expect to pick out a piece of freshly baked this from the package, but sorry, this is already too crazy! This is the first time I enjoy such a friend! I can't even comment on how it tasted (read - it wasn't even edible at all) it is a low-quality product, but the manufacturers themselves know what fertilizers they followed. Don't understand just one-of-a-kind products to pass quality control and generally end up on store shelves. Is the American producer really so low for its consumer?!
