Awful, poor performing web pages (sooooo slow to refresh pages in all browsers). Searches are useless. Even logged in, it fails to default to your delivery address. Food always delayed. Sometimes they cancel orders, AFTER a considerable delay. Insufficient delivery resource in peak times. Customer service; seriously; forget it.
Three times these people screwed up the orders, their good at saying sorry but doing nothing to make things right, they made small meaningless refunds that DONT cover the cost of the problem. Wasted 2 hours trying ro order food with this app, it will not accept Thai mobile numbers and the support staff are clueless with misleading information. I actually developed a headache as a result of this pointless app and service, if you like your sanity, stay well away from foodpanda.
