Failing emails

After using this company successfully for 5 years..something has gone wrong with their moral and technical compass!! The problems started 4 weeks ago And got worse and worse. No emails ..erratic emails..passwords changing...horrible Philippine assistance online.. Occasionally you can get through to very good USA staff..very professional , know their stuff...but sadly its not them, its the system they represent which is Broken. I have been reading Ripoffreport.com That has a poor guy with EXACTLY the same problem As me...changing passwords, passwords last not even 30 minutes. Total nightmare ..please dont use this service. For us it has been an absolute nightmare....I am desperately looking at an alternate provider today. Richard Miami
