Sketchy at best

pretty much the same thing as the other post here (http://blue-ribbon-builders.pissedconsumer.com/terrible-service-and-shortchanged-20131019453301.html). This is common issue with this contractor. Phil gives you a price to complete your project and then they fall way short on materials and then asks you to pay thousands more.
