Poor service, poor phone quality!
Unresolved epic in 2 months! Just5 freedom c100, after 6 months of use inflated battery. It's like a warranty, only a half-year-old model, but on the website, just5 i-store, batteries are no longer for sale! By contacting just5 by phone 25555578 in the beginning of December, I receive promises that it will be in stock in 3 days, as well as if the phone has a warranty, then I will send a paid parcel number immediately after the call and I can send the phone for free and if the battery has a low number of cycles, a few days I will get it back to the parcel with a new free, warranty battery. Of course, no one sent me any parcel number, either immediately or after 3 weeks. The contact repeatedly said that the batteries were in place. I was ready to buy it for my own money, no problem, but to call in the morning exactly 9 because there is no pen on hand to write down the order. It is also done, the next day pl. 9 accepted the order, contacting the person during the day to clarify the time and make the delivery. Of course, no one contacted me like that.
