Machine won’t suck the solution back up

Keeps getting plugged up from dog hair and the black and white spinners keeps stopping…. wasn’t to learn how to unclog machine myself. It is a bissel preheat clean shot x2. 12 amp….reaching out to you thru the pissed consumer

USED ONCE IT LEAKED AND HALF TIME WORKED

i WAS USING THIS CLEANER, IT LEAKED SOLUTION THROUGH THE HOSE ATTACHMENT, THE MIXTURE OF WATER AND THE CARPET CLEANER SOLUTION DID NOT WORK RIGHT. THE UNIT WAS A COMPLETE DISASTER TO OPERATE. Recommendations for changes

Things I see that need to be changed. I think the spacing between the roller and frame should be wider Clots of hair, Fuzz ect..Get stuck between roller and suction area.
