Uninformed customer support

The person who took the call had NO CLUE about this product. I think my call went to Indian phone center. If I know more than she does, Im sorry I wasted my time to call User’s recommendation: DONT PURCHASE.

Poor quality pet pro vacuum.

I bought a pet pro vacuum for $360.00 approximately 3 months ago. The vacuum has already stopped picking up anything. Ridiculous. I should have bought another shark. That worked for 11 years with no issues and cost a lot less! User’s recommendation: Don’t buy Bissell!!!
