Bad pump

emailed company on 6-20 2021 about issue no respond 6-22-2021 cant use pool payed a price for this pool and know cant use. sorry service and company that cant back their product and respond. dont buy this pool.or you will be sorry. User’s recommendation: do not buy this pool or from this company.

Cannot get a hold of the company and they do NOT call back

I have an issue whereas the cover that came with my pool is too small. Every number I call is either disconnected or the mailbox is full or I have to leave a call back which I have never gotten. Defected pool part

Bought pool and realized one of the frame tubes does not have a plastic insert in it. Trying to contact bestway pools is like trying to find a needle in a hay stack. Cannot phone them. Everything is online. Bad customer service. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy bestpool.
