They don’t answer the pool parts were broken from a brand new box

Pool pump with pool was broken we set up pool set up pump and its broken. I wont be buying from them again, I recommend buying from someone else User’s recommendation: Don’t buy from bestway no customer service.

Apparently we can’t call u ,I want to talk to a customer service

My bestway pool,3legs have bent,I just recently bought it ,They should not of bent and I want them replaced.Its funny u guys dont actually call on the phone,u must get a lot of complaints.What I heard is a lot of people have called about their pool legs bending. User’s recommendation: Don’t bother.
