I tried to speak to some one but was cut off I purchased a pool in February cause they sell out but the discount coupon doesn’t work

I tried to use my first time buyer discount and it say invalid please send me a code I purchased a 48×16 pool at bjs in February during a snow storm

Can’t talk to anyone when you have problems.

Heater quit working already and it aint even a month old. And unable to talk to anyone. *** poor customer service!!! User’s recommendation: Stay away.

I bought this spa on 5/19/21, and the heater has already quit working. Not really happy with this thing right about now!!! User’s recommendation: Can’t talk to anyone when you have a problem, ain’t even had my spa a month yet and heater has quit working already.
