Poor service
Today (26.09.2018) I decided to have a meal in Burger King, located in Bear's. When I approached the box office, I was addressed in foreign language. Ignoring it, the respondent: "Hello, I ask for a set of soy tortillas with water and cucumber sauce. "I have already prepared 5 $ for my order. The seller knocks out $ 2.50 at the checkout and inquires in foreign language about the order, which is not correct. I repeat my order in a calm voice. This time I knock out $ 4.50 at the box office, take my $ 5 and the balance is not returned. I think I forgot to add the sauce to the check, but it will be applied the same, because now I tend to miss it. After a while, fries and cola stand on my tray. I immediately say that to me no cola was ordered, but water. The seller looks shocked and does not understand how to handle such a situation. She calls her colleague and most likely explains the situation. A colleague addresses me and asks, "Do you really not want cola? "At this point, I'm confused about such an illogical question, because if I wanted cola, I would order it, right? I said in a slightly raised voice, "No, I can't drink colon. "This colleague disappears for 2 minutes, during which time I remind the salesperson of my cucumber sauce to which I received the answer: "Can you wait for the trail? "A colleague returns and asks if I want carbonated or non-carbonated water, I answer that non-carbonated. Then I am told that I have to pay 40 cents - I pay. When on my tray there are fries and water, the seller says the tortilla will have to wait while waiting for me to leave the box office. Well, I mention my cucumber sauce again. I sell 50 cents at the seller's box office and wait until I pay. I started to get very dissatisfied and I say that at the beginning I gave 5 $, but she knocked out 4.50 $ and did not return the balance. A colleague hears this and starts telling me that the sauce has not been knocked out in the check. I answer: "Yes, I see it VERY well, but I paid $ 5 and the balance was not returned to me. "At this point, they probably realize that it is useless to deal with all this, because there is no mutual understanding, so the seller takes the sauce and throws it on the tray for me. I say thank you and I go to the table to wait for the tortilla. It takes 10 minutes, no tortillas memories. I'm going to ask how long to wait, but it turns out she 's ready. When I get a tortilla and bite into it - it's already cold. The biggest pain in all this is that a saleswoman with United States language skills is completely sweaty and her colleague is in a similar situation. It is somewhat unfair that many United Statess are not hired due to their lack of knowledge of the foreign language, but at the same time they are hiring people who do not speak the language of the ONLY state.
