For the first time, I made a complaint online because I think I dropped money for free due to the unprofessionalism of this salon. My experience... I bought a cherry.org coupon for a classic pedicure and manicure with gelish. I am not interested in visiting beauty salons every day, but when the inspiration comes. As soon as I bought the coupon, I called the salon to apply because there was a planned vacation. When I called, it was only offered after 3 weeks! I agreed and waited patiently : ) Unfortunately the result was very sad! The appointment was for 1 day. On the 6th day came a reminder about the appointment - super! On the 1st of the morning I called from the salon and asked if I could arrive sooner, I replied that unfortunately I can't because I work far from the center and it is not possible. When I arrived at the appointment, the first was a pedicure and the additional service I applied for - gelish coating. I didn't get the gel shade, because the master, if you can say it, mixed it, the pedicure was so fast that the master managed where she had to catch it - as a result, I was left with rough feet, the wrong gel shade and also gel gel on my fingers! Well, I spit on the tone and was invited to a manicure. I will not deny that I was afraid of what awaited me there. Well greeted me with an open cleavage lady, if it can be said who asked about the gelish tone, I replied that I still want the hands of another. The manicure was the worst I have ever received! At the end, looking at the clock, I was in this salon for approx. 1. 5 h! So then both the classic manicure and pedicure and gelish! What to say.. I'm shocked and very disappointed.. sorry it's...
