Trouble shooting audio issues with mini-computer

I was having issues with my new Beelink mini-computer. I work from having 80-100+ daily. Problem with their Beelink GT1 Android TV Box.

When starting the box the time and date always goes to midday January 1st 2015 and the location doesnt work. This prevents you from opening your Apps until it is corrected which takes time. Mini CPU problem (under 1 year warranty)

Really loud fan noise when using the CPU and the noise doesn’t stop. Update: they sent me a new BIOS flash. I ran it twice. It did nothing to correct the problem.
