Arbitrarily Tipped Tip
On December 27, 2013, I and my girlfriend went to that establishment to eat dinner. We were served by a mess, blonde waitress! When we asked for the bill it was brought. We didn't have accurate and small money, we had to pay with a 100 lats banknote, the amount to be paid was 13.01 USD , we gave 100 USD banknotes, the balance was brought to us 86 USD and there was no check, which already seemed suspicious!
