They have lost my vouchers information and cant get a credit for future trips i have lost more than $1200. No one was able to help me I contacted them plenty if times and nothing

My vouchers were lost thru Avianca cant find my information according to them more than $1200 now i can travel no where cause they were not able to help me n solve the problem. Very unprofessional and dissapointed. User’s recommendation: 0 recommendations.
