I have no complaint about audible whatsoever! I think their entire service is fantastic. Not sure how I ever wound up on a complaint site to begin with!
In the last 4 or 5 years I have bought over 700 books so why do I have to spend 10 or 15 minutes going through the return app and not getting *** dun and then still have to try and find their number and call and talk to someone to get it dun what should have...

Poor service
