I contacted audible again myself and found out my daughter did have an old account under an old email. Fortunately I had all the old emails. I think it finally closed but only time will tell. I think your involvement helped a lot! User’s recommendation: Keep all old emails and monitor your children’s usage!

Poor service
I ordered leasing, living room equipment. After half an hour I was called back and confirmed my request. It was also announced when the courier would arrive from 8 am to 6 pm.
