My book won’t play

Im half way through the history of Texas and my book wont play. Others books play. A note pops up and says there is a problem and I should call or email you
I contacted audible again myself and found out my daughter did have an old account under an old email. Fortunately I had all the old emails. I think it finally closed but only time will tell. I think your involvement helped a lot! User’s recommendation: Keep all old emails and monitor your children’s usage!

Purchase problem

I followed the instructions to make the purchase and then I received the message that there was a problem.
All ok now after consulting with help person. My audio books do not stop in mid sentence now. Thank you for your help User’s recommendation: Good job on solving my problems with my audio books.

Poor service

I ordered leasing, living room equipment. After half an hour I was called back and confirmed my request. It was also announced when the courier would arrive from 8 am to 6 pm. To prepare documents for Abbyng a loan agreement, etc. The next day, I quit my job to meet a courier, but I don't expect it either. I go to bed dissatisfied, and then I wait for the next day (today and again I do not wait), now it's time to go. Nothing in the meantime, but what an attitude it is. and deception. why did a 110.shop employee tell me by phone when there would be a roll? saubos when someone else meets me for 3 days waiting for a courier. ipasi 1, 2, 3days days when everything is at work. (but I'm not on vacation, because I'm waiting for a course of mystical couriers that doesn't give a specific message! sometime a week
